Questions travellers ask
Do I pay anything when I register?
No. Registration is free. After TransVista confirms your place, you receive official instructions for the GH₵200 deposit per traveller. The remaining GH₵200 is due by November 7, 2026.
When is my place confirmed?
Your registration is provisional once the deposit is received and fully confirmed after full payment.
Where and when do we meet?
At Accra Mall, Accra. Check in from 5:00 a.m. for a prompt 5:30 a.m. departure. We expect to return around 7:00 p.m., depending on traffic.
What is included in the price?
Round-trip transport from Accra Mall, Breakfast, lunch, and snacks, Kakum National Park and canopy experience, Guided visits to Cape Coast Castle and Elmina Castle, Hans Cottage Botel stop, Guided photo-shoot and short-form video experience, TransVista trip coordination.
Can I register for a group?
Yes. Submit one form and enter the number of travellers. TransVista arranges vehicle size according to confirmed paid attendance.
Will I appear in photos or videos?
A guided photo and video experience is part of the trip and may happen in shared group areas. Using identifiable images of you for promotion is optional and needs your consent on the form.
What if I can't make it after paying?
Cancellations, transfers and travel credit follow the TransVista Payment, Booking & Refund Policy, linked in the booking terms on this page.
